We use DHL or Post for domestic shippings. If the item is in stock as shown on the product itself it will be shipped within 24 hours and it will take ca. 24 hours for the courier to deliver it.

International Shippings

We use DHL or Swiss Post for International Shippings. You will be informed about the Tracking Number once the package has been sent. Note that Taxes of your country will be applied directly by the carrier. We are happy to offer Worldwide Free Shipping for orders above CHF 500

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30 days Return or Exchange Policy. If you are not happy with the item you have selected we will organize a pick up of the merchandise and refund within 7 days. Please make sure you return the product in perfect unused condition and with the complete packaging. We won't be able to Refund you if the product is damaged or parts of the packaging, papers, instruction of use, warranty are missing.
